This is a service to our business customers that wish to customize the 3d printed enclosures with their own company name and/or logo.
¶ Material
Enclosures are 3D printed in PLA (Polylactic Acid).
PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic widely used in 3D printing. It is manufactured using renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane.
PLA has low heat resistance (~50–60°C before deforming), and is compostable under industrial conditions (not in typical home composts).
¶ Colors

- Main enclosure color is always white.
- The graphical elements (text/logo) can have maximum two colors (not more).
- Available standard filaments / colors for text/logo are:

- Non standard colors (not one of the above) is possible, at an extra cost and possibly increased lead time (to procure filament).

Sharp corners on logo or text will not be fully sharp corners
Minimum line with should be at least 0.9 mm to appear well on the finished

¶ Cost
- We will charge a modest one-time fee per enclosure type (Pow-K, Pow-U, Pow-P1) to prepare the model. This is invoiced only on the first order.
- If a non standard color is chosen for the graphics, customer will be charged for the cost of procuring a filament roll.
- There is no extra cost per delivered enclosure compared to our standard list price.
- Customized enclosures are 3D printed for each order. For larger orders, this means the shipping date might be somewhat impacted.
